Our Digital Products and Channels team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Business Analyst (Fraud Analyst).

In this role, you will support the analysis and documentation of business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide insights that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. You will leverage analytical skills and business domain knowledge to contribute to process optimization, business growth, and the achievement of overall Business Unit objectives within the banking sector.

What the role will entail

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and Lending Services.
• Conduct data analysis and develop actionable insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Support the design, documentation, and enhancement of business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement.
• Assist in translating business needs into clear functional requirements and solution recommendations.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to support innovation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that drive business efficiency, customer experience enhancement, and organizational objectives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and processes, particularly in retail banking and lending.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for data analysis, documentation, and presentation development.
• Experience using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
