Business Analyst - DFT - 08326

Position: Business Analyst (BA / BSA) - Junior

Number of hours: 40 hours / week
Schedule: EST

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications under supervision.

• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentation.

• Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers to clarify business requirements.

• Assist in validating business requirements through testing and user acceptance activities.

• Maintain project documentation, requirements traceability, and knowledge repositories.

• Support defect tracking, documentation updates, and simple feature enhancements.

• Ensure requirements align with business objectives and project scope.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Product Support, or a related role.

• Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Preferred Certifications:

• Scrum Foundations

• AWS Cloud Practitioner

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

• Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) (preferred)
