We are seeking a Business Systems Administrator to strengthen the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our core ERP and connected business systems.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in ERP administration, application support, system integrations, and reporting, with the ability to resolve issues, protect data integrity, and improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain Trimble Viewpoint Vista, including core ERP modules, user accounts, security roles, workflows, and system settings.
Provide ERP and business application support, resolving user issues and coordinating escalations with vendors and third-party partners.
Monitor integrations and data flows between Vista and connected internal and external systems.
Maintain ERP data integrity and support month-end, payroll, dashboards, queries, and SQL-based reporting.
Manage system access, security, and compliance controls, including permissions, audits, backups, and segregation of duties.
Coordinate system updates, testing, and enhancements while driving continuous process and system improvements.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Business, Accounting or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in ERP administration, systems administration, or business application support.
Hands-on experience with Trimble Viewpoint Vista or a comparable enterprise ERP, including user access, security, workflows, and module configuration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, with experience creating queries and reports using SSRS, Power BI, or ERP reporting tools.
Understanding of system integrations, APIs, imports, exports, and data interfaces.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and general IT infrastructure concepts.
Strong experience in application support, issue resolution, vendor coordination, change control, and system testing.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within the construction, engineering, mining, or related industries is highly regarded.
Relevant Trimble Viewpoint, ERP, or technical certifications are an advantage.
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
