Call Center Agent (Telco Account) - Makati

We are looking for Call Center Agents to join a fast growing account in Makati. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
• Must have at least 1 month of international voice BPO experience OR 1 year of local/non-voice BPO experience
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Makati
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Must be willing to work during weekends or holidays
• Can start ASAP
