Position Title: Card Sales Associate


 


Job Summary: 


The position is responsible for soliciting credit card applications via different acquisition methods e.g. lobby management in Metrobank branches, callout of targeted customers from Bank-provided leads, booth selling in payroll companies, along with other similar acquisition activities set by the Management. Jobholder is also expected to provide assistance to his/her assigned branches in understanding the various programs and processes of CBS to support the card and other product acquisition efforts of Metrobank branches.


 


Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 



  • Generate designated card acquisition targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis utilizing all applicable programs for Branch Sales on the area assigned. 

  • Offer products such as cards, loans and other identified CBS products to prospective qualified clients of the Bank thru lobby management in Metrobank branches, focusing on depositors to increase penetration.  Perform KYC on directly solicited applications prior to endorsement to branch officer. 

  • Perform call out function to new and prospective clients for the purpose of increasing card base, utilizing branch or CBS-provided leads.

  • Assist the branches in booth selling of CBS products to existing payroll and corporate clients.

  • Assist in training of branch referrers in improving quality of submission, profiling of customers and completion of information in the application form.

  • Address queries from branch personnel pertaining to product and program details, qualifications and processes related to acquisition. Assist in answering product-related customer queries in the branch.

  • Ensure quality turn-ins and approvals based on the set KPIs.

  • Escalate issues to his Immediate Supervisor/ Unit Head that may result to Bank risk.

  • Perform projects/ responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time (eg. BORC, BCP, Cost Champion, Corp. Correspondents, Line trainer, e-Champ).
