Job Description - Cash Reconciliation Associate

Key Responsibilities:

â Reconcile cash activity as it relates to Investor Capital Calls and Distributions

â Investigate cash flow activity that cannot be automatically reconciled

â Create and manage automation rules to increase the number of automatically reconciled capital activities

â Leverage our in -app tools to help clients manage capital call payment schedules with their investors

â Collaborate with our Fund Administration team to identify opportunities to scale the way efficiently

Requirements

Job Requirements and Credentials:

â 0 to 2 years of experience

â You have an operational mindset and are constantly looking for ways to streamline processes

â You have strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills

â You’re interested in providing best -in -class -service

â You take pride in your ability to communicate effectively and can multitask to meet multiple deadlines

â You have a basic understanding of Venture Capital, Banking, and Fund Administration

â You have experience working with accounting and financial data

â You’re interested in working on projects in a fast -paced environment
