Category Management Expert (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope and serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders and vendors
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and critical paths
• Lead cross-functional meetings and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Maintain dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate resources and resolve project blockers
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
• Coach team members and ensure consistent project management practices
• Present project updates and recommendations to leadership

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field (required)
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or category management support (required)
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a customer facing or problem solving role (required

Preferred:

• Experience supporting purchased services, contracting, or supplier management in a healthcare environment (preferred)

Setup: Night-shift / Hybrid after 3months onsite
