Your Role: 

Join us as a Change & Communication Specialist and contribute to driving meaningful transformation across the company's global businesses. This role will be pivotal in designing effective change strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans, ensuring the successful execution of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change Management: Design and execute change management strategies to ensure strategic alignment and deliver business impact.

• Communication & Enablement: Develop and execute communication and enablement activities to support change initiatives.

• Learning & Capability Development: Develop and implement impactful learning activities to build organizational capability and help drive behavioral change.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Drive engagement to ensure stakeholder support and commitment, while keeping teams energized throughout the change process.

• Operational Oversight: Take charge of day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines for various initiatives.

• Post-Implementation Reviews: Undertake post-implementation reviews to evaluate communication effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Change Advocate: Be an active partner to management in creating a culture of change, promoting a growth mindset, encouraging collaboration, and fostering a sense of ownership and shared responsibility.

Who You Are:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Change & Transformation roles within corporate organizations, with a proven track record of driving change initiatives and transformation projects on a global scale.


• Proven experience in change and communication management for complex tasks and multi-functional stakeholder groups.


• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills (both written and verbal) in fluent English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


• Strong expertise in project management and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


• Proven track record in stakeholder management, being a relationship builder, and effectively managing change resistance.

• Cultural awareness to foster effective communication and collaboration in diverse environments.


• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to navigate uncertainty and drive solutions efficiently.


• Empathy and passion combined with a strong team spirit, client-focused approach and commitment to delivering results.
