Civil Engineers

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to plan, design, and deliver civil infrastructure projects across roads, buildings, drainage, utilities, and site development works. The role involves hands-on project coordination, design review, compliance with Australian Standards, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  Design, review, and manage civil engineering works including earthworks, roads, pavements, drainage, and structural elements

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and technical documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with surveyors, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, Australian Standards, and WHS requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Manage project timelines, budgets, variations, and risk assessments

  
  


• 
  

  Liaise with local councils, authorities, and utility providers for approvals and compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements are met throughout project delivery

  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2–5 years of relevant civil engineering experience (local or international)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in infrastructure, commercial, residential, mining, or industrial projects

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of Australian Standards, NCC, and local council requirements (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12D, or similar

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
