Job Description - Client & Employee Success Supervisor | 100% Onsite, Monday to Friday

Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic Client & Employee Success Supervisor to lead with impact — strengthening client partnerships, elevating service delivery, and driving team growth. This role calls for a proactive leader who excels at solving challenges, inspiring performance, and ensuring service excellence through best practices and strong governance.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Build and sustain high-impact client partnerships, ensuring service excellence and strategic alignment.

  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive solutions, continuous feedback, and elevated experiences.

  • Champion policy compliance, performance management, and employee growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize operations and achieve strategic goals.

  • Anticipate challenges, leverage data-driven insights, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

  • Design retention and growth strategies to deepen client relationships, maximize value, and fuel long-term success.



What We’re Looking For:



  • 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role with a track record of driving results.

  • Proven strength in performance management, coaching, and talent development through structured feedback.

  • Solid expertise in governance, compliance, and executive-level leadership standards.

  • Strategic, data-driven decision-maker skilled in conflict resolution and crisis management.

  • Exceptional communicator and negotiator with strong stakeholder management across all levels.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value client accounts with advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

  • Experience with Australian clients and exposure to global markets considered a strong advantage.

  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, shifting schedule)
