Job Description - Client Operations Analyst

Job Description

TP ICAP operates at the heart of the world’s financial, energy and commodities markets. We are professional intermediaries playing a pivotal role in the world’s financial markets, covering FX, Rates, Credit, Equities, Energy & Commodities.

Globally, we are a leading provider of market participants, with execution via a range of regulated venues, covering a full spectrum of over-the-counter (OTC) asset classes. Matching buyers and sellers, we facilitate the development of liquidity and price discovery in these markets and provide insight and context to our clients. We operate a hybrid model where brokers provide business-critical intelligence to clients. It’s supplemented by proprietary screens for historical data, analytics and execution functionality. Our clients include banks, insurance companies, pension and hedge funds, asset managers, energy producers and refiners, as well as risk and compliance managers and charities.

Job Duties:

  • Ownership, logging and analysis of all client emails

  • Logging and analysis of all outages independent of SLA events Development of client contacts

  • Replying to client emails

  • Client communication for migration projects

  • Client communication during outages

  • Client data notifications

  • SLA Metrics Inspection and progression SLA Compliance/failure reporting

  • SLA Compliance/failure in real time

  • Development of internal relationships/functions with respect to Client Services function Sales support

  • Adhoc requests regarding client issues

  • Raising Metastorn requests

  • Client relationship management for targeted accounts

  • Maintenance of EOD distribution lists

  • On boarding of new broker EOD products/distribution lists

  • Liaising with and managing contributions with Bloomberg and Refinitiv

  • First level response for Mifid II

  • Management of our documentation on our website

  • Updating and managing documentation on TP Wiki

  • Other duties as required

Person Specification:

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of various TPI response teams Sensitivity to the TPI customer relationship

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • An aptitude for financial markets, market data and analytics

  • Familiarity with Bloomberg and Refinitiv

  • Close attention to detail

  • Ability to work calmly under pressure

  • IDB or Market Data experience recommended, but not required.
