Main activities and responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Job Specific:
Clients & Growth reporting and data analysis
— Develop, maintain and distribute regular Clients & Growth reports, dashboards, trackers and scorecards for the Earth & Environment business.
— Analyse pipeline, pursuit, client feedback, revenue, key client, panel and framework data to identify trends, risks, gaps and opportunities requiring action.
— Use advanced Excel and Power BI skills to prepare clear insights, visualisations and management information for businessleaders.
— Monitor Clients & Growth KPIs and support reporting against business plans, growth objectives and leadership reporting requirements.
— Support data quality reviews and help improve the consistency, completeness and accuracy of Clients & Growth data across relevant systems.
Systems, registers and governance support
— Maintain and continuously improve Clients & Growth databases, reporting tools, registers and trackers.
— Administer and maintain panel, framework and key client registers, ensuring ownership, review cadence, services, opportunities and status are kept current.
— Support governance processes relating to account management, pursuits, panels, frameworks, client feedback and growth initiatives.
— Coordinate updates to client, opportunity and pursuit information and help embed consistent ways of working across the Earth & Environment business.
Work winning, bidding and pursuit support
— Provide support across the pursuit and proposal lifecycle, including bid coordination, document preparation, content collation and quality checks.
— Maintain pursuit libraries, bid databases, work winning collateral and credentials to support efficient, high-quality responses.
— Assist with client-facing documents including capability statements, pitch presentations, proposals and meeting materials, ensuring alignment with WSP brand and messaging.
— Coordinate inputs from technical teams, Account Leads, Clients & Growth stakeholders and the Graphic Design Studio to support timely delivery of client and pursuit materials.
Client program and growth initiative support
— Support the administration, coordination and reporting requirements of key client programs and strategic growth initiatives.
— Assist with client planning activities, stakeholder mapping, opportunity tracking and preparation for client or leadership reviews.
— Support client research, market research and competitor research to help shape client and opportunity strategies.
— Coordinate account management activities in consultation with Clients & Growth Managers, Directors, Account Leads and the Operations Executive – Clients & Growth.
Event and marketing coordination
— Help organise client events, conference attendance, technical forums and webinars where aligned to Earth & Environment client and sector strategies.
— Support global marketing campaign implementation where aligned with Australian client and sector strategies.

— Foster a strong Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) culture in the office and comply with all role-specific safety, health, environment and quality obligations.
— Reinforce expectations for behaviour and workplace policies and practices.
Qualifications (Minimum and Desirable):
— Degree in business, marketing, communications, data analytics or equivalent experience (minimum).
— Training or demonstrated experience in Power BI, Excel-based reporting, CRM/pipeline systems, bid coordination or business development operations is desirable.
Experience, skills and organisational knowledge:
— More than 5 years of relevant experience within a professional services, corporate, business development, work winning or analytics environment.
— Experience delivering high-quality Clients & Growth, business development, work winning and reporting support services in demanding and fast-paced environments.
— Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, data cleansing, dashboards and analysis.
— Experience using Power BI to develop, maintain or interpret dashboards, data models and visual reporting outputs.
— Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate findings into clear insights and recommended actions.
— Experience maintaining databases, registers, reporting systems, trackers, libraries or governance tools.
— Experience supporting bids, proposals, pursuit coordination, pipeline reporting, account management or client program activities.
— High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, quality and consistency.
— Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of output.
— Excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to prepare clear written updates, reports and presentation content.
— Ability to learn WSP systems and processes and subsequently support or train others in consistent use.
— Experience working with consulting engineering firms and internationally based internal clients is desirable but not essential.
— Experienced to an advanced level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel and Power BI.
