What You'll Do:
Oversee the collections process and ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to optimize cash flow.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer disputes efficiently.
Monitor team performance and provide training to enhance skills.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in collections.
Prepare reports on collection activities and present findings to senior management.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years experience in collections or credit management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
