Collections Specialist | Earn a 21K Signing Bonus

Roles and responsibilities:

• Collect outstanding balances from patients.
• Contact patients regarding overdue accounts and payment obligations.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and payment plans.
• Update and maintain accurate account records.
• Address patient billing inquiries and concerns.
• Follow up on unpaid accounts to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service throughout the collection process.

• At least 6 months Collections experience (BPO)
• Healthcare Account experience is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
