You're also not starting from scratch. We have a dedicated lead specialist who continuously researches, qualifies, and contextualizes leads for you, so you're always working a warm pipeline. Your job is to close, not to build a list.

How it works

What we're looking for

• Proven B2B sales or closing experience — staffing, services, SaaS, or similar preferred
• Exceptional spoken English is non-negotiable. This role is 100% phone-based selling to US business owners and decision makers. Your voice, clarity, and confidence on a cold call is your product — if a prospect would hesitate for even a moment based on how you sound, this isn't the right fit. Candidates with a neutral, natural-sounding English accent are strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working US EST/PST business hours
• Comfortable working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Self-motivated and disciplined — you don't need a manager over your shoulder
• Experience selling to or supporting US-based clients is a strong advantage
• Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up
• Hungry for uncapped, USD-denominated, performance-based income
