Comms Data Analyst I

The Commissions Data Analyst I reports to the Director of Commissions. This position assists in the accurate processing of commissions for the sales department.

• Ensure all the approved bookings are executed in Salesforce.
• Ensure the correct Sale Type of the products are assigned based on the historical data of Client.
• Provide the highest possible accuracy of data from the Order Management System Bookings Report and reflects the same in Salesforce.
• Responsible to reflect correct booking values in Salesforce according to the current Sales Terms and Conditions and Client historical data.
• Ensure commissions are allocated to the correct Account and Solution Representatives.
• Assist in all aspects of the Commission Process.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience 1 year of finance experience.
• Incentive compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines. Flexibility to work overtime.
• Must be self-motivating, hard-working, analytical, and proactive.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills utilizing available resources.
• Microsoft Excel intermediate skills.
