Job Description - Community & Member Support Coordinator

Do you enjoy building relationships, supporting people and keeping lots of moving parts organised?

We're looking for a Community & Member Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll help create exceptional experiences for members, clients and partners while supporting events, communications and community initiatives.

If you're a natural communicator who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment and loves seeing projects come together, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Day Could Include
  • Supporting members, clients and partners with enquiries and day -to -day communications
  • Assisting with onboarding and ensuring a positive member experience
  • Coordinating webinars, workshops, networking events and online engagement activities
  • Preparing newsletters, updates and member communications
  • Supporting partnerships, sponsorships and community initiatives
  • Maintaining CRM records and administrative systems
  • Assisting with certification processes and client follow -up activities
  • Supporting a variety of projects, events and member initiatives across the business


Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience
  • 3+ years' experience in administration, customer service, customer success, membership support, events coordination or a similar role
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Previous experience within professional services, membership organisations or community -led businesses is highly regarded

Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and online business systems
  • Experience using CRM platforms
  • Canva experience would be advantageous
