Company Nurse

Description

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
• With ONHAP Certification
• With at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably as a Company or Occupational Health Nurse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance for illnesses, injuries, and workplace emergencies.
• Assess employee health concerns and coordinate medical referrals when necessary.
• Monitor employees’ health conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with occupational health and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain and monitor clinic medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain health-related reports, records, and documentation.
• Assist in implementing company health, wellness, and occupational safety programs.
• Conduct or support health awareness activities and employee education initiatives.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records and clinic documentation.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other concerned parties as needed.
• Provide administrative support for company health and safety activities.
