The Deferred Compensation SME - AVP plays a critical role in overseeing deferred compensation, acting as a crucial link between Senior Management, Business Divisions, HR, and other stakeholder groups. Its primary objective is to ensure that deferred compensation plans are accurately managed through sound financial control mechanism and timely reported to key stakeholders. The reporting part of the role includes Forecast, Plan, Management Information and other ad-hoc reporting.
