What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to a UK-based manager, you will be an essential part of the compliance and operations team, you will help the business stay audit-ready and flourish as it expands. In this role, you will:

• Maintain and update ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation to ensure the heart of the quality and environmental management systems remains strong.
• Coordinate internal and external audits by gathering vital evidence and bringing documentation together with precision.
• Manage important third-party accreditations such as BAFE, SafeContractor, and Constructionline.
• Monitor compliance deadlines and renewal schedules to ensure the business always stays ahead of the curve.
• Resolve non-conformances by supporting corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) to help the team learn and grow.
• Organize training records and competency documentation to celebrate and track the professional growth of the entire workforce.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Practical experience working with ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 management systems.
• A solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and the importance of document control.
• Wonderful attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in everything you do.
• Top-tier organizational skills with a natural ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, to keep processes running smoothly.
• A background in compliance, audit support, or administration where you’ve thrived in a structured environment.
  

Bonus Points For

• Previous experience with accreditation schemes like SafeContractor or Constructionline.
• A NEBOSH General Certificate or similar qualifications in health and safety.
• Familiarity with CAPA processes and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
• Any relevant qualifications in quality, compliance, or business administration that you’re excited to put into practice.
