• October: On-site training in Singapore (travel provision included).

Job Summary

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. This role involves monitoring compliance activities, conducting research and assessments, reviewing documentation, identifying potential risks, and supporting the implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement.
• Review, validate, and maintain compliance-related documents, reports, and records.
• Research regulatory requirements and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, guidelines, and monitoring reports.
• Investigate potential compliance issues and assist in developing corrective and preventive action plans.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Prepare compliance reports and present findings, recommendations, and identified risks to management.
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Monitor the completion of compliance training and promote awareness of relevant policies and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the proper handling of sensitive information.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Legal Management, or a related field.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, quality assurance, or a related role is an advantage.
• Experience in the Insurance industry.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance practices.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently or collaboratively.
