Help keep complex construction and energy projects moving with strong contract oversight. As a Contracts Manager, you’ll manage the full contract lifecycle, support compliance, and partner across teams to ensure agreements are accurate, organized, and executed smoothly.

What you’ll do



  • Contract administration & lifecycle management: Manage contracts and amendments from draft through execution and closeout; draft, review, revise, redline, and administer EPC Agreements, Subcontracts, MSAs, MESAs, PPAs, Site Leases, Task Orders, change orders, and related documents.

  • Contract tracking & reporting: Maintain contract status trackers and reporting tools; monitor deliverables, milestones, obligations, expirations, renewals, amendments, and other key contractual items.

  • Cross-functional coordination: Partner with Legal, Compliance, FP&A, Project Finance, Project Management, Commercial, and Operations teams to support contract execution and compliance with company standards.

  • Compliance & risk control: Help ensure adherence to internal controls, contractual guidelines, and company policies; identify risks, inconsistencies, or operational concerns and escalate as needed.

  • Process improvement & training: Improve contract management workflows, templates, reporting tools, and document retention practices; assist in developing internal training materials and contract administration resources.


What you’ll bring



  • 5+ years of experience in a contracts department within construction, architecture, engineering, energy, or a related industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline.

  • Experience redlining professional services agreements and reviewing contract documents.

  • Familiarity with complex construction and commercial agreements, including EPC contracts, subcontracts, MSAs, supplier agreements, PPAs, site leases, task orders, and change orders.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including familiarity with common legal terminology.

  • Preferred: Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification or paralegal certification.
