Our Strategic Finance Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig in the role of Corporate Strategy Manager.
As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating corporate investments and M&A opportunities, leading strategic initiatives and sector deep-dive studies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing data-driven recommendations to senior management and the Board.

What the role will entail
Conducting deep-dive strategic analyses on key business questions for data-driven recommendations.
Produce sectoral deep-dive reports covering industry structure, credit cycle, growth drivers, competitive landscape, and regulatory impacts for assigned sectors.
Lead financial valuation, due diligence, and business case development for M&A, partnerships, or major capital projects
Oversee strategic initiatives as project lead or PMO coordinator, tracking milestones, KPIs, and deliverables.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
5-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or strategic planning in banking/financial services.
Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and business case development.
Solid project management and cross-functional coordination experience with strong communications and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Philippine banking sector and macroeconomic trends.
