As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for supporting field implementation, ensuring timely,  safe, and cost-effective execution of the planned works. You will also be responsible for the operation of standby heavy equipment—including but not limited to cranes, long bucket trucks, and trailer trucks—necessary for the erection of 69kV poles and associated line construction activities. You will work closely with the Distribution Network and Design team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• 
  

  Drive and operate cranes, long bucket trucks, trailer trucks, and other assigned heavy equipment during the erection of 69kV poles and line hardware.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure safe lifting and placement of poles, transformers, and other heavy line components in accordance with approved lifting plans and safety protocols.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct routine pre-operation inspections and perform basic maintenance of equipment to ensure mechanical reliability.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate closely with the rigger and ground crew during lifting and installation operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Comply with safety procedures, equipment load limits, and work instructions at all times.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• 
  

  TESDA National Certificate (NC II or NC III)

  
  


• 
  

  Professional Driver's License

  
  


• 
  

  Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator

  
  

Technical / Functional Skills:

• 
  

  Crane Operation Proficiency

  
  


• 
  

  Can perform pre-operation checks and basic maintenance to heavy equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of industry safety standards, hazard identification, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
