Credit Operations Specialist

• Review, process and verify collateral reports submitted by the clients.
  
• Reconcile monthly accounts receivable aging and inventory reporting.
  
• Review and calculate ineligibles based upon a predetermined schedule.
  
• Verify client's incoming cash receipts and disbursements through bank statements.
  
• Monitor and maintain quality of portfolio by alerting Onshore of any discrepancies on the reports.
  
• Set up new workbooks from potential clients during the transition of a deal from due diligence to closing.
  
• Reconcile borrowing base of each client's funding request and check for irregularities.
  
• Proven ability to manage and support complex client portfolios with accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Experience in assisting senior credit operations personnel with onboarding and training of new hires.
  
• Skilled in supporting the Operations Lead to ensure team members have a clear understanding of operational processes and procedures.
  
• Capable of assisting in the review and quality control of team reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  
• Flexible and dependable, with the ability to act as a backup for team members during periods of absence.
  
• Any other related processes required by CNH Finance/EHC.
  

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or other related business course.
  
• Minimum 1 -2 years' experience from a multinational company or a banking related work.
  
• The candidate should have an understanding of general accounting principles including financial statements.
  
• Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Keen attention to details.
  
• Computer and internet proficient.
  
• Can work with minimal supervision and can deliver high quality output.
  
• Must be highly organized and with excellent multi -tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively.
  
• Must be proactive, motivated, detail -oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics.
