Job Description - CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Marketing Automation Specialist) - #35124

Description

Company Profile:

Our client is an Australian-based company, Innovation-led strategic design and marketing agency that bridges the gap between Experience Design and Marketing, helping to transform complex business problems into ingenious human-led solutions for early-stage startups, enterprise ventures and corporate partners.

Our client is currently growing their local presence in the Philippines and seeking for an experienced CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who is organised, methodical, motivated, detail-oriented, and can envisage building a long-term career within the company.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is thinking of the big picture in terms of career growth and skills development. Awesome working environment are among the few things that you can look forward to and to get excited about this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Over the following 12 months, you will:

• Get your hands dirty and ship great campaigns

• ○ Build, QA, and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push using platforms like Klaviyo, MailChimp, Omnisend, or similar, ensuring logic, triggers, and timing are continuously optimised

• Own end-to-end delivery - from briefing and creative setup through to audience targeting, scheduling, and reporting

• Maintain and optimise automated flows across onboarding, retention, win-back, and churn prevention journeys

Be the architect of every customer journey

• Design and own CRM flows end-to-end; mapping customer journeys, defining logic and triggers, and ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional and on-brand

• Bring a strong UX sensibility to lifecycle communications; thinking through the customer experience at each stage, not just the message

• Produce visually compelling email and SMS creative using tools like Figma or Canva, from layout and hierarchy through to typography and imagery selection

• Translate brand guidelines into CRM-native designs that are optimised for deliverability, accessibility, and mobile rendering

Know your audience better than they know themselves

• Build audience segments using behavioural, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant, timely communications

• Support personalised messaging and dynamic content aligned to customer lifecycle stages

• Continuously refine targeting strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and retention

Never stop tweaking, testing, and making it better

• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across subject lines, content, design, offers, and journey logic

• Identify underperforming flows and redesign them, from both a technical and visual standpoint, for stronger results

Put on your data hat and own the numbers

• Maintain dashboards and reports covering key CRM metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, registrations, repeat purchases, abandoned carts and churn)

• Surface actionable insights that improve lifecycle performance across all client programs

Ongoing:

• Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on the performance of client campaigns on a customer engagement and transactional level.

• Collaborate with creative teams to brief, review, and elevate campaign assets — with a sharp eye for what drives clicks versus what just looks pretty

• Recommend new tools, integrations, and automation opportunities that raise the bar for what CRM can do

• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure CRM aligns with broader campaign activity

• Stay current on CRM trends, platform updates, design best practices, and compliance requirements

• Share learnings across the team to build best practices and inform future planning

• Take part in developing the office culture and establishing positive team dynamics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a CRM or marketing automation role

• Prior experience within an agency environment is desired but not essential

• A strong work ethic driven by creative passion, positive energy and thrives on challenges

• Organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• A genuine eye for design; you understand layout, hierarchy, and what makes a CRM communication feel premium, not templated

• Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools to produce or refine email layouts and campaign assets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) at all levels (executives, business and technology leadership, project teams, peers)

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Self-starter in daily tasks; works well independently and as part of the team.
