Customer Service Representative - ERP/SAP Required (Cebu | Day Shift)

We are looking for Call Center Agents to join a fast growing account in Cebu. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles customer communication, order tracking, query resolution, E-shop order monitoring, and sales order updates
• ERP / SAP applicationsto support logistics operations, including order processing, shipment tracking, inventory management, and sales order updates
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

• Must be a College Graduate, preferably with a Degree in Accounting or Business Management courses
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Must have experience with ERP and SAP applications
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Cebu City
• Amenable to work within Australian time zone and shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
