• Provide coordination and project organization services to a variety of customers

• Assist leaders in organization of materials for business engagements in person and over Microsoft Teams

• Book event meetings and manage attendance logistics

• Coordinate notes, chats and recordings for follow up

• Populate, monitor and maintain SharePoint sites

• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards

• Support spreadsheet and tracking tools

• Follow up with team members and to provide status update support

• Be a brand ambassador for Chevron’s suite of branding tools and demonstrate excellence in this space

Special project support (30)

• Provide ad hoc support to leaders for unique projects

• Attend meetings, take notes and slide share

• Manage logistics coordination for space and catering needs

• Proactively contact team members to ensure project related activities are completed as needed
