Technical writing (70%)

• Draft, refine and produce technical writing in support of communications plans, training, reports and dashboards

• Translate complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience

• Collaborate with internal customers to develop new products

• Document processes as they form and continuously update

• Manage multiple efforts and adjust priorities as needed

• Support change management and communications with the distribution of products via various channels including email, Teams, SharePoint and other tools

• Be a brand ambassador for Chevron’s suite of branding tools and demonstrate excellence in this space

• Demonstrate top tier document management habits

• Prioritize effective and targeted communication, balance volume of information going to the stakeholders

Small project support (30%)

• Provide quick turn (under 48 hours) presentation editing, proofreading and other communications support

• Ensure branding is on point, grammar and punctuation are appropriate

• Be flexible and accommodating to ensure quality communications are delivered across cybersecurity
