  • - Analyze data from multiple sources including EMR, CRM, internal surveys, and post-treatment follow-up platforms.
  • - Conduct regular audits of client charts to ensure that all expected, trackable data points (e.g., screenings, scores, authorizations, outcome tools) are present and complete.
  • - Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data across platforms or within client records.
  • - Proactively follow up with appropriate staff or departments (e.g., clinical team, admissions, medical staff) to rectify missing or incomplete data and ensure compliance with documentation expectations.
  • - Develop and maintain automated and ad hoc reports for clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making.
  • - Take a proactive role in identifying opportunities for automation of reports, tracking systems, and other data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • - Recommend and help implement new tools, integrations, or process improvements that streamline data reporting and collection.
  • - Track and evaluate key outcome and operational metrics such as:

• Patient acuity and clinical screening scores.

• Authorization trends and average length of stay.

• Outcome comparisons from intake to discharge and post-discharge follow-up.

• Conversion rates of qualified leads from inquiry to admission.

• Identified reasons for loss of leads or withdrawal from the admissions process.

  • - Create dashboards, visualizations, and executive summaries to communicate trends and insights clearly.
  • - Respond to data requests from leadership, providing both recurring reports and custom analytics upon request.
  • - Assist departments in interpreting data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • - Maintain data quality and integrity across systems through regular audits and validation procedures.
  • - Collaborate with IT or software vendors as needed to improve data capture and reporting workflows.

Core Areas of Support:

  • - Clinical Operations: Analyze clinical metrics to support care planning, utilization review, and performance monitoring.
  • - Alumni Program: Track long-term outcome data and engagement trends for former clients.
  • - Admissions Department: Provide insight into lead conversion trends, source effectiveness, and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • - Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or systems analysis, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • - Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and EMR/CRM data extraction.
  • - Familiarity with HIPAA and behavioral health documentation and outcome measures.
  • - Demonstrated ability to identify missing data elements and coordinate resolution with appropriate staff or departments.
  • - Experience conducting audits of clinical documentation or system-generated records.
  • - Experience identifying and automating manual reporting processes and improving system efficiency.
  • - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • - Experience with behavioral health or medical outcome tracking.
  • - Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) and data collection methodology.
  • - Ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable recommendations.
