Job Summary

The Data Management Officer is responsible for consolidates data from multiple sources, prepares management and regulatory reports, and supports the automation and standardization of reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and strategic goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure reporting solutions are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with business stakeholders to refine reporting and dashboarding requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  
  


• 
  

  Support the creation and evolution of the BBG Datamart to consolidate critical banking metrics and enable robust reporting capabilities.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree relevant to the job, preferably in the fields of Statistics, Math, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Project Management. Master's degree is an advantage

  
  


• 
  

  Over 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and data science within the banking and financial services industry.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record in leading analytics-driven projects that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Willing to be assigned and work onsite in Ortigas
