Delivery Analyst, GMA

Under general supervision, supports global certification operations and the timely completion of certification projects by coordinating certificate issuance, documentation reviews, and compliance activities across multiple certification schemes and regulatory programs. Collaborates with global certification teams, engineering project handlers, and UL NCBs to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant certification delivery while driving operational excellence, document quality, and continuous improvement.

• Process certification deliverables in accordance with established procedures, scheme requirements, and applicable internal checklists.
• Review certification documentation for completeness, consistency, accuracy, and compliance before certificate issuance. 
• Prepare and issue certificates and related certification documents and deliver them to the customers in a timely and accurate manner. 
• Support certification activities across global market access programs and assigned schemes. 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in certification, product compliance, regulatory compliance, quality systems, testing, or technical documentation.
  Experience with certification programs (e.g., IECEE CB Scheme) and documentation review is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong document review and data accuracy skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn certification management systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
