Job Description - Digital Service Delivery Manager


  

We're hiring Digital Service Delivery Manager to own the throughput of our client delivery engine — both website design and SEO projects — for our US clients.

This is a delivery role, not a strategy role. You won't be designing websites in Figma or writing the SEO playbook from scratch — we have designers and tools for that. Your job is to make sure projects move. Briefs go in, finished work comes out, clients are happy, and nothing piles up in the backlog. If a project stalls, you're the one who unsticks it. If a client is anxious, you're the one who reassures them. If a designer is blocked, you're the one who clears the path.

You'll be the face our clients see, the hand on the wheel of every project, and the person we trust to keep the pipeline flowing.

This is a full-time onsite role. 

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end delivery of website design      and SEO projects — from kickoff to launch to handoff
  • Throughput. Keeping projects moving,      queues short, and backlog at zero. You measure your week by what shipped,      not what's in progress.
  • The client relationship — kickoff calls, status      updates, feedback rounds, launch celebrations. Clients should feel      informed, never chased.
  • Design coordination — briefing designers      clearly, reviewing their work against client expectations, managing      revision cycles, and protecting both quality and timeline. Working      side-by-side with our design team in the office is a big part of why this      role is onsite.
  • SEO execution — running our in-house SEO      tools to deliver on-page improvements, GBP optimizations, and reporting      clients can actually understand.
  • Process improvement — tightening templates,      checklists, and handoffs so each month runs smoother than the last.

Requirements

 

  • 3–6+ years of experience in digital project delivery, account management, or operations, ideally in a web design, digital marketing, or SEO agency environment 
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent client projects with tight deadlines 
  • Experience working with web design teams, SEO teams, or digital production pipelines 
  • Familiarity with client-facing delivery roles
