Director of Back Office (Open for Vietnamese Talents)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage back -office functions including Finance, HR, Legal/Compliance, and Administration to ensure efficient operations.
  
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for all support functions.
  
• Oversee financial processes, including planning, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and legal requirements.
  
• Manage administrative and HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  
• Partner with leadership to align back -office operations with business objectives.
  
• Develop and mentor back -office team members to build a high -performing department.
  
• Act as the primary liaison for all communications and collaborations with the headquarters in Vietnam.
  

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Law, or related fields.
  
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Compliance, HR operations, and Administrative management.
  
• Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency strategies.
  
• Experience working with international teams.
  
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0+ or business fluency.
