District Manager for North Luzon ( Food Operations )

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall success of multiple store locations across North Luzon. This role focuses on maximizing business performance by achieving sales and profitability targets, ensuring operational consistency, and cultivating strong leadership within each store. The position also supports the execution of company programs, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and identifies opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.

• Ensure that each store within the district is maintaining the correct operational standards of the Company 
  




• Responsible for meeting financial targets - Sales, Expenses & Profit Margins
  




• Communicate and Implement all strategies and and initiatives in each store, aligned with overall district goals and targets.
  




• Strategize on new business opportunities for growth and/or identify cost-effective initiatives 
  




• Lead, Manage, and Develop all members of the team. Address any manpower concerns. 
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Operations Management, or any related field.
  




• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit operations management within the food industry, preferably overseeing bakeries, quick-service restaurants (QSR), cafés, restaurants, or other food retail operations.
  




• At least 2 years of leadership experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar role managing multiple store locations.
  




• Proven track record of achieving sales growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across multiple stores.
  




• Strong knowledge of food operations, inventory management, food safety standards, quality assurance, labor management, and cost control.
  




• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements, sales reports, and operational metrics to drive business decisions.
  




• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
  




• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  




• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  




• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
  




• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned district and work flexible hours based on operational requirements.
  

• Experience managing multiple stores within the food chain, food service, restaurant, café, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
  




• Experience leading district-wide operational improvement initiatives, business expansion, or new store openings.
  




• Strong background in sales forecasting, inventory planning, labor scheduling, food cost management, and operational performance improvement.
