District Manager for North Mindanao ( Food Operations )

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall success of multiple store locations across North Mindanao. This role focuses on maximizing business performance by achieving sales and profitability targets, ensuring operational consistency, and cultivating strong leadership within each store. The position also supports the execution of company programs, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and identifies opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of all assigned stores, ensuring compliance with company policies, operating procedures, and service standards.
  




• Monitor district performance by tracking key business metrics such as sales, profitability, operating expenses, and overall store productivity.
  




• Roll out company programs, promotions, and operational initiatives to ensure consistent execution across all locations.
  




• Evaluate store performance regularly and implement action plans to address operational gaps and improve results.
  




• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve customer experience, and optimize operational costs.
  




• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to Store Managers and their teams to strengthen leadership capabilities.
  




• Ensure appropriate staffing levels by supporting recruitment, employee development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
  




• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve district and organizational objectives.
  




• Prepare and submit operational and performance reports, ensuring timely communication of district updates and business results.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  


• At least 5 years of experience managing multiple stores in the food service, restaurant, bakery, café, QSR, or similar retail industry.
  


• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role such as District Manager, Area Manager, Regional Operations Manager, or equivalent.
  


• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets, improve profitability, and manage district-wide operations.
  


• Strong understanding of retail or food service operations, including inventory control, food safety, quality standards, workforce planning, and cost management.
  


• Experience interpreting financial and operational reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  


• Proven leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
  


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and operational reporting systems.
  


• Willing to travel regularly within the assigned district and work flexible schedules as required by business operations.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience overseeing multiple locations within the bakery, restaurant, café, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or broader food service industry.
  




• Exposure to store expansion projects, operational excellence initiatives, or multi-site business improvements.
  




• Knowledge of sales planning, demand forecasting, labor scheduling, inventory optimization, and expense management.
  




• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving consistent operational performance across multiple locations.
