UCT is looking for a talented E-Learning Specialist to join us in Philippines!

Job Summary:
As an eLearning Specialist, you will be a pivotal part of the Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) team, responsible for designing and developing dynamic online interactive materials. Reporting directly to the L&OD Manager, you will translate traditional training assets and subject matter expertise into engaging digital content for our global workforce. You will navigate ambiguity with agility, collaborate seamlessly across functions and organizational levels, and adapt to flexible shift schedules to support a highly distributed global team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Digital Content Creation: Design, build, and deploy high-quality, interactive e-learning modules and digital training materials that drive engagement and retention.
• Content Conversion: Transform existing static materials, such as PowerPoint presentations and manuals, into compelling online content tailored for digital consumption and LMS deployment.
• Instructional Design: Apply the ADDIE model end-to-end (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to ensure all learning solutions are instructionally sound and aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluation & Measurement: Utilize the Kirkpatrick Model to establish clear metrics and assess the effectiveness and organizational impact of learning programs.
• LMS Management: Package, load, and QA test online content within the organization's learning platforms. Ensure seamless user experiences across systems.
• Global Collaboration: Partner proactively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization to capture learning requirements.
• Agile Problem Solving: Thrive in a dynamic environment, successfully working through ambiguity to deliver effective learning solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
• Proven experience in e-learning development, instructional design, and creating diverse digital training content. 
• Demonstrated mastery of the ADDIE instructional design framework and the Kirkpatrick evaluation model.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible shift schedule to effectively collaborate with and support a global team across different time zones.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating across functions and organizational levels.
• High degree of adaptability and the capacity to work independently and effectively through ambiguity.
• Experience with, or strong readiness to learn, modern LMS platforms and learning ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Agile instructional design methodologies.
• Understanding of the 70-20-10 learning framework to support broader organizational development initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing modern e-learning authoring tools and collaborative workspace software
• Technical & Platform Exposure: While solid prior exposure is not strictly required, familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Skillsoft, and Percipio is highly advantageous.

Education, Certifications, Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years working with an LMS in a technical or operational environment.
• Ability to lead, manage, and implement a project or a program across diverse group and/or global organizations.
