As Employer Branding Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the proper execution of employer branding content strategy and initiatives aligned with 1AP’s employee value proposition (EVP), with the goal of building a strong employer brand image to be the top-of-mind of our target talents as an employer of choice and building and enhancing the Aboitiz candidate experience and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Human Resources to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

  Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year business related course

  Professional: At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience in recruitment and employer branding and digital marketing

  Preferably with basic knowledge on graphic and video-editing applications and software
