Job Description

Responsibilities

• Execute automated and manual test cases for web and enterprise applications.
• Enhance, and maintain automation frameworks using Robot Framework and/or Playwright.
• Perform functional, regression, and workflow‑based testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar workflow‑driven systems.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up.
• Maintain test documentation, reports, and knowledge artifacts in Confluence.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives

 

 

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in software application testing and automation with experience in Robot Framework and/or Playwright, (no need for scripting knowledge as Robot framework uses mostly key words)
• Basic SQL, HTML, JIRA and GIT
• Python is an advantage
• Experience in domain: Financial technology
• Relevant experience of software application testing in an Agile/Scrum Framework, including manual functional, end-to-end, regression, performance testing and automation testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred Qualification

• Ability to navigate vague specifications and requirements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to clarify expectations.
• Experience in developing and implementing automated tests for platforms with workflows.
• Familiarity with test automation best practices and continuous testing approaches.
• Experience working in distributed or global delivery teams.

• A degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent with a background in financial technology (experience in FX Trading is an advantage)
