Job Summary:

The Transformation Lead will support the Transformation Manager in executing strategic initiatives related to business transformation and organizational change. The role focuses on creating high-quality presentations and analyses, coordinating cross-functional alignment, and ensuring timely delivery of project requirements. The Lead will help operationalize strategic ideas into actionable plans to drive Mynt’s growth and transformation agenda.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Support the Transformation Manager in managing and tracking transformation projects, including business incubation and organizational initiatives

• Prepare and refine presentation materials (Google Slides) and analytical reports (Google Sheets) to communicate project status, strategy, and recommendations to stakeholders

• Conduct basic analysis and research to support project plans

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, align on deliverables, and monitor progress

• Assist in identifying project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans

• Help develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports

• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
