  • DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).


The impact you will have in this role:


Being a member of the team, the Associate provides day‑to‑day operational support for DTCC environment management activities, handling incidents, service requests, and standard environment operations under defined procedures.


Your Primary Responsbilities:



  • Provide L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments

  • Handle service requests (access, restarts, data refresh, batch monitoring)

  • Execute runbook‑based activities and health checks

  • Monitor alerts and dashboards and escalate issues as needed

  • Support application teams during testing and deployments

  • Participate in KT, shadowing, and hands‑on enablement

  • Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation

  • Work in shifts, including weekends or extended hours


Qualifications:



  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Infrastructure, Environment, or Production Support.

  • Good understanding of incident, request, and change management processes.

  • Experience using ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.

  • Willingness to learn middleware, monitoring, and automation tools.

  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.


Primary Skills:



  • JCL: Ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot batch jobs.

  • ISPF: Experience navigating datasets and performing routine support tasks.

  • SDSF: Monitor job execution, review logs, and analyze job failures.

  • Job Scheduling: Understanding of batch scheduling and job dependencies.

  • ESP / CA Scheduler: Experience with batch workload scheduling and monitoring.

  • RACF: Basic knowledge of mainframe security and access management.

  • DB2: Understanding of DB2 databases and basic troubleshooting.

  • CICS: Knowledge of CICS regions, transactions, and application support.


Talents Needed for Success:



  • Exposure to Unix/Linux environments.

  • Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or REXX).

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITIL processes.


The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
