We're looking for a talented Event Sales Coordinator to join The Event Mill. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting the sales process, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring every client enquiry is handled professionally from first contact through to confirmed booking.

From corporate functions and conferences to festivals, community events, and private celebrations, our team delivers exceptional service backed by strong systems, teamwork, and attention to detail. What You'll Do



  • Respond promptly to inbound client enquiries via email and other communication channels.

  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for event hire and event management services.

  • Qualify enquiries by gathering event details including scope, venue, budget, timelines, and client requirements.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and client documentation.

  • Coordinate with operations and event delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

  • Conduct structured follow-ups to maximise quote conversion and client satisfaction.

  • Support upselling opportunities through additional products, services, and event solutions.

  • Assist with reporting, pipeline management, and continuous improvement initiatives.


✅ What You'll Bring



  • Experience in sales coordination, customer service, administration, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with experience preparing quotations or managing documentation.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Experience using CRM systems or the ability to quickly learn new software.

  • Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.

  • Experience within events, hospitality, venues, event hire, or related industries will be highly regarded.

  • Experience using CurrentRMS or similar quoting and inventory software is an advantage.
