As an Executive Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient and effective administrative support to senior executives, confirming smooth operations within the organization. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information, contributing to seamless communication and operations. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations. You will lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Your growing business knowledge will help identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, overseeing their planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will mentor others, encouraging skill development beyond comfort zones, and address conflicts or issues, engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders. You will uphold professional and technical standards, reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance delivery and inspire others to do the same, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Managing executive schedules and coordinating meetings to facilitate smooth operations
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of administrative support initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process improvement to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support effective communication
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of collaborative forecasting and KPI reports
- Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
