Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed preferred)

  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities, building operations, or maintenance engineering

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LVSG, ATS, generators) and MEPFS operations

  • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, compliance, and incident troubleshooting

  • Familiar with energy monitoring, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements

  • Skilled in contractor/vendor coordination and technical reporting

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and with strong problem-solving and coordination skills

  • With training in Basic Occupational Safety & Health (PCO and Energy Management training are an advantage)



Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and ensure reliable operation of electrical, MEPFS, STP, and building systems

  • Monitor and resolve technical issues and FMS tickets in a timely manner

  • Conduct regular system inspections, preventive maintenance checks, and performance validation

  • Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams for ongoing works and improvements

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (DOE, DENR, LLDA, LGU) and safety standards

  • Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency and sustainability initiatives

  • Prepare and submit technical reports, audits, and compliance documentation

  • Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

  • Support facility upgrades, maintenance planning, and emergency preparedness activities
