YOUR ROLE 

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process.

• 
  
  
  Manage full FA activities on product FA (operational and engineering), Mav lots, CI lots.
  


• 
  
  
  Lead gap analysis and new machine evaluation and new method development
  


• 
  
  
  Interface with product division, manage recipe transfer activity
  

• 
  
  
  Bachelor’s degree or higher with Background in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, Materials, or Chemical
  


• 
  
  
  Minimum of 5 years experience in Semiconductor industry, preferably in Failure Analysis
  


• 
  
  
  Strong knowledge on FA techniques & equipment (Non-Destructive, Sample Prep, Physical, Chemical, Electrical, Fault Isolation)
  


• 
  
  
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to lead and participate in internal and customer facing meetings.
  


• 
  
  
  Highly proficient in preparing and delivering presentations.
  


• 
  
  
  Fluent in English (written and spoken)
