Job Description - Finance Administrator

Role Overview:



We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support payroll, accounts payable, invoicing, and day-to-day finance operations for an Australian client.



This role is suited to someone with hands-on experience across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple finance-related tasks within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:




    • Process weekly payroll requirements accurately and on time.

    • Prepare and raise purchase orders for subcontractor employees.

    • Review, validate, and approve invoices in accordance with established finance procedures.

    • Prepare client invoices as required.

    • Process back pays, payroll adjustments, and other payroll-related transactions.

    • Monitor and verify payment transactions.

    • Close out work orders in accordance with internal procedures.

    • Respond to finance-related inquiries and clarification requests.

    • Maintain accurate financial records, supporting documents, and transaction records.

    • Provide additional finance and operational support as required by management or the client.



    What We’re Looking For:



    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting and finance administration.

    • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions.

    • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

    • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, morning shift)
