Finance Sr. Staff

SNPW team is looking for a Finance Sr. Staff to join our organization and support the preparation, review, and

analysis of financial records, reports, and reconciliations, as well as compliance-related activities.

JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for performing detailed finance and accounting tasks, including reviewing financial records,

preparing reports, supporting reconciliations, and assisting in compliance and audit requirements. This role also

involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while helping ensure the accuracy, timeliness,

and integrity of financial information.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related accounting/finance course.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Philippine taxation and BIR compliance is an advantage.
• Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyze financial transactions, records, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules.
• Handle detailed reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax requirements.
• Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with auditors as needed.
• Review supporting documents and ensure proper financial control.
• Assist and guide Finance Staff in daily tasks when necessary.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
