Financial Planning and Analyst

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)

The FP&A Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of company’s financial records. Ensure timely and

accurate tax fillings. Work with external auditor in the completion of the Audited FS at the end of the fiscal

year.

In this role, the primary responsibilities and accountabilities are as follows:

General:

· Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for all operational transactions

· Records journal entries for inter-company transactions and prepare reconciliation of inter-

company transactions and balances

· Manage month end closing and submission of Financial Reports

· Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns, related schedules and other BIR

compliance requirements

· Ensure and execute timely and accurate filing of all tax filings

· Attend to other statutory requirements like business permits, SEC, etc.

· Preparation of regular monthly balance sheet reconciliation reports, supporting analysis and

schedules and ensures resolution of open issues

· Lead the annual audit activities end-to-end with external auditors; prepare, reconcile and

coordinate audit schedules and requirements with the team and other stakeholders.

· Will be performing other duties from time to time

Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)

· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/ Degree in Accountancy

· 3-5 (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Proactive and has strong leadership skills

· Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing

· Must have a strong analytical mind and works well under pressure

· Attention to details and results-driven

· Willingness to learn
