Fit-out Architect

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead the development and coordination of fit-out design solutions, ensuring alignment with client, regulatory and project requirements.
• Manage planning and building regulation submissions, supporting timely approvals and project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and delivery teams to achieve integrated design outcomes.
• Oversee design deliverables, ensuring quality, programme compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Support reporting, design reviews and workshops, driving continuous improvement across projects.
• Contribute to the net zero carbon transition through sustainable design and responsible project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree-qualified and professionally chartered in architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural systems, regulations and industry standards.
• Proficient in Revit, digital design tools and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
