We are continuously pooling for talented FP&A professionals to join our team.
The FP&A Senior Specialist takes ownership of financial planning and analysis processes across multiple CE Commercial markets or portfolios. Provides deep insights into sales growth, gross margin, and pricing strategies while leading profitability and cost-to-serve analysis. Partners closely with FBPs and Sales leaders, ensuring forecasts and investment cases support strategic growth. Mentors junior team members and ensures high-quality reporting outputs.
Responsibilities:
Serve as authority in CE Commercial finance, advising leadership on pricing strategy, tenders, and profitability.
Influence business decisions with advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
Shape commercial finance strategy, contributing to global CE initiatives and long-term planning.
Provide financial leadership in high-stakes negotiations, tenders, and partnerships.
Develop and review complex deal models, ensuring commercial decisions are financially sound.
Lead design of financial planning tools and templates, driving consistency across regions.
Act as key advisor to CE Commercial executives, presenting insights and influencing strategy.
Champion automation and digital finance solutions (Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI).
Contribute to data governance and ensure compliance with finance and security standards.
Coach Senior Professionals and Specialists, developing future talent for leadership roles.
Drive adoption of emerging tools to enhance analytics, visualization, and reporting.
